You’ll be part of Prime Video APAC (Asia-Pacific) who oversee India, Middle East & North Africa (MENA), South-East Asia (SEA), and Japan. You will be the product leader working closely with regional business leaders and teams and will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the local customers, think-big and drive a strategic vision in building solutions to address the local customer needs which could scale world-wide. You’ll be responsible for creating product roadmaps, building product requirements and will be collaborating with product and tech teams world-wide in delivering these features. We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Manager Tech with a strong track record of ownership who has successfully delivered results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key job responsibilities
- You will be a strong product leader with an ability to work independently with your stakeholders and leaders.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Prime Video customers, particularly of customers based in India.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the digital video market segments and continually assess the landscape and emerging industry trends.
- Participate and influence stakeholders to define the product vision & strategy
- Develop the product roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best in class digital video customer experience.
- Work cross-functionally with data science, engineering, design, marketing, business development, legal, finance, customer service, and operations teams to deliver on the product roadmap and business goals
- Influence the dependent teams and stakeholders and can efficiently navigate roadblocks and move forward.
- Own leadership reviews to keep regional business leaders updated on product status.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field
