We are currently hiring skilled professionals on a **contract basis** to support our ongoing and upcoming production projects.

**Job Responsibilities:Assembly Fitters**:

- Carry out mechanical assembly and fitting of machine components as per engineering drawings.
- Use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.).
- Align and fit components precisely for sub-assemblies and final machines.
- Perform drilling, tapping, and minor fabrication when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the workstation.

**Scrapers**:

- Perform manual scraping of guideways, surfaces, and mating parts for achieving high-accuracy fits.
- Read and interpret scraping patterns using Prussian blue / red lead methods.
- Ensure dimensional and geometric accuracy according to drawing tolerances.
- Work closely with fitters and quality control for alignment and accuracy checks.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years experience in machine assembly or scraping in a machine tool or heavy engineering industry.
- **Education**:

- ITI Fitter / Mechanical / NCTVT or equivalent trade certification.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with workshop safety standards.
- Physically fit and willing to work overtime or shifts if needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Assembly: 1 year (preferred)
- Scrapers: 1 year (preferred)
