**Job Summary**:
The Dental Appointment Executive is responsible for managing the appointment scheduling process, ensuring an excellent patient experience, and maintaining an organized front-office workflow. This role requires strong communication, time-management, and customer service skills to handle patient inquiries and support the clinic's daily operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Coordinate with dentists and hygienists to optimize the clinic's schedule and minimize wait times.
- Handle appointment rescheduling or cancellations promptly.
- **Patient Interaction**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Address patient inquiries regarding treatments, costs, and insurance coverage.
- **Record Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the clinic’s database or CRM system.
- Collect and verify patient details, including medical history and insurance information.
- **Billing and Payments**:

- Assist patients with payment processing and provide billing information as required.
- Handle inquiries related to payment plans or insurance claims.
- **Coordination and Support**:

- Liaise with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow and timely service.
- Prepare and organize patient files before their visit.
- Monitor the clinic's schedule and adjust as needed to accommodate emergencies or delays.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:

- Resolve patient concerns or escalate them to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a positive experience by maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
- Knowledge of dental appointment software or CRM systems is an advantage.
