**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable **Dental Assistant cum Receptionist** to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position requires proficiency in both clinical assistance and front-desk management, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reception Duties:_
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes.
- Clinical Assistance:_
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist the dentist during procedures.
- Sterilize and organize dental instruments and equipment.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and maintain a clean clinical environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dental assistance is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in a dental clinic setting preferred.
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
