**Job Summary**:
The Office Boy at A2E Hallways will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with daily office needs, handling small errands, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. He will also support in basic administrative tasks and hospitality for visitors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises (pantry, workstations, meeting rooms, washrooms, reception, etc.).
- Serve water, tea, coffee, or refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors as required.
- Assist in handling and organizing office files, documents, and supplies.
- Run small errands such as photocopying, courier dispatch/collection, and local purchases.
- Assist in loading/unloading or shifting office items, furniture, or design samples when required.
- Support during company events, meetings, or client visits.
- Ensure office pantry is stocked and maintained regularly.
- Greet and guide visitors politely, maintaining professionalism.
- Report immediately to HR/Admin in case of any office issue, damage, or requirement.
- Follow company policies, maintain punctuality, and wear a proper uniform.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass.
- Prior experience as Office Boy/Helper will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning, hospitality, and office etiquette.
- Polite, disciplined, and trustworthy personality.
- Ability to handle tasks responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
