Key Responsibilities:Maintain the cleanliness of the office, including desks, conference rooms, and common areas.Serve tea/coffee to employees and guests as required.Assist with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.Deliver and collect documents as required.Assist in handling deliveries and dispatches.Ensure that the pantry is well-stocked and clean.Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements:Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience as an office boy or in a similar role is preferred but not required.Basic understanding of office equipment like photocopiers, printers, and scanners.Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and lifting.Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.Punctual, reliable, and with a strong work ethic.Benefits:Competitive salaryPaid time off and holidaysOpportunity for growth within the companyPositive work environment
