We are recruiting **Operations Manager **for FMCG distributor in **Kumbakonam/Villupuram/Pudukottai**

He will lead the multi-function deliverables (HR, ITE, Logistics and Finance) work process at branches. OE has to support and guide the branch team to execute the day to day branch operations. He has to motivate & train his team and ensure the team is efficiently handling the branch operations. He has to collaborate with other team members to ensure controlled operations on ground.

He has to ensure that day to day activities are happening streamlined at branch level without any deviation and come out with high level of service level and no loss of inventory and AR. Complete ownership of the warehouses assigned.

Ensure Following measures are followed at assigned branches:

- On-time branch Opening & Closing.
- Attendance Monitoring.
- Branch MIS.
- Daily Order Processing.
- IT asset management.
- Deposit Cash & Cheque on daily basis without any delay.
- 100% collection of SRR1 & SRR2.
- Collection entry in system (Cash/Cheque/RTGS/UPI).
- AR bill maintenance & Overdue follow-up.
- Expenses has to be followed as per SOP.
- Market Verification and Systematic follow up.
- Receipt of BRS.
- Storage of Products at WH.
- Daily on time pick as per HFS/MR orders.
- Receipt of SRN.
- Daily IRA and ensure that system Vs physical stock tally at any time.
- 100% MDC & DE availability.
- On time pick handover to DE by MDC, Ensure 100% order delivered on time (D+1).

**Requirements**:

- 7+ years of experience in logistics, Supply chain, warehouse companies who have handled multiple warehouses/branches.
- Hands-on experience in people management and branch activities/finance tracking.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Villupuram, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
