We are seeking a friendly and organized **Receptionist** to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our company. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to meet you
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greet and welcome** visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- **Answer and direct** phone calls to the appropriate departments and take messages when necessary.
- **Manage appointments** and maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization.
- **Handle incoming and outgoing mail**, couriers, and deliveries.
- **Assist in administrative tasks**, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- **Coordinate with internal departments** to ensure smooth communication within the office.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors about the company and its services.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu
- Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment (printers, photocopiers, etc.).
- Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
