**Customer Service Executive**
**Job Profile**:
- Act as a point of contact in the backend process for key clients and ensure daily orders are processed in a systematic manner.
- Handling incoming inquiries and processing orders:
- After getting the details from the customer, get the artworks created from the design dept.
- After getting the artworks created from the design, forward the artwork's to customer for approval after cross checking from our end.
- If the customer required some changes then again get the revised artwork prepared from the design and send to the customer till his final approval.
- After receiving the order ( via mails, our Web portal), preparing Performa Invoice in SAP and sending the PI to clients for approval
- After receiving the approval on PI's from client, proceeding the order to the production and keep that track of the production status and keep on updating the customer about their orders status
- To coordinate client regarding payments and PO's (as per their agreed payment terms) and to cross check all the documents them before updating the same in system.
- Making quotations for the new item required from the clients and informing to clients about their new enquiries and help in generating business from these new inquiries
- Respond to complaints from client and give after-sales support when requested
- Keeping track of the about the whole operation from the order received till the order reaches to the client
- Preparing reports about the orders received and keep on updating the seniors whenever required and also maintain the records
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
