**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital initiatives in Capital Markets and Trading.
- Lead the design and enhancement of **Investment Account Opening** processes and **Trading Journeys** across asset classes such as:

- Equities
- Mutual Funds
- Bonds
- Options
- Futures
- Metals
- Drive end-to-end process improvements aligned with customer experience and business objectives.
- Create user stories, process flows, wireframes, and requirement documents to support product and technology teams.
- Support agile delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and impact studies to guide business decisions.
- Work closely with compliance, operations, and technology teams to ensure regulatory and security standards are met.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Wealth Management domains.
- Strong understanding of digital journeys related to **Investment Account Opening** and **Trading** across various asset classes.
- Experience in designing and documenting workflows, process improvements, and customer journeys.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Prior experience in banking technology solutions, especially with investment platforms.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working at **HSBC** or a global investment bank.
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms for trading and investment management.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with data analytics, reporting, and customer engagement tools.

Pay: From ₹1,400,000.00 per year
