Capital Market Quality Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Capital Market Quality Analyst to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of capital market operations and data. The ideal candidate will monitor trading, settlement, and post-trade processes, analyze data quality, identify operational risks, and recommend improvements. This role is critical in supporting smooth market operations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze capital market transactions to ensure data quality and operational accuracy.
- Conduct quality reviews of trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Identify discrepancies, operational risks, and process inefficiencies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Collaborate with front office, operations, compliance, and technology teams to improve workflows and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Develop, maintain, and report key quality and performance metrics related to capital market activities.
- Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support audit and compliance reviews by providing quality data and documentation.
- Assist in the design and implementation of quality control frameworks and automated validation tools.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging risks impacting capital markets.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on quality trends and risk mitigation.
