Coordination bet quality control section and finishing section for any kind of fault is generating during processing.
- Set the parameter of different finishing machine as per senior production manager/ general manager’s instruction.
- Need to do any job assigned by senior management. Accountability : he is accountable to senior production manager/ dy.manager in all respects of finishing.
- Need to read and understand the necessary document to follow correct method and standard. To act as the coordinator among the different departments for ensuring continual production. Finishing/Final Quality in charge in the Factory
- Need to give guide line all relevant persons before start checking and packing new style. Act as a team leader for betterment of product, process, resources as well as environment.
- Take preventive action for making nonconformance product. Need to inform relevant responsible persons if garments rejecting in finishing dept and need to keep documents
- Need to ensure that packing only good garments. Take corrective action for nonconformance product.

- Accountability : he is acconutable to senior production manager in all respects of finishing like shrinkage, spirality, width, gsm etc. Need to get country / po wise packing approval from merchant
- Need to check final checking production hourly basis. Finishing of fabric according to plan.Need to ensure allshipments on time
- Need to maintain proper house keeping and cleanliness in the section. Overall follow up of finishing, whether the machine is running according to instructed parameter or not?
- Drive the subordinate to implement that plan.
- Take care of unloading trolley, so that dyeing can unload fabric without any delay.
- Accountability : accountable for overall fabric production, Maintaining desired quality level, mooth & timely Delivery of orders as well as smooth running of factory.
- Make a good plan to finish the dyed fabric by considering urgency, smooth running of production line as well as fabric nature discussing with senior production manager.
- Need to get approved finishing trim card from relevant merchant. Drive the subordinate to implement that plan.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
