We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Interior Designer / Architect** with 2-3 years of experience to join our creative team. This role offers opportunities to grow professionally while working on diverse and challenging projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and support the design team in developing and implementing design concepts for both interior and architectural projects.
- Create and revise 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant software.
- Prepare and present design concepts, drawings, and presentations using Photoshop and other design tools.
- Train and mentor junior designers and trainees, providing feedback and guidance on their work.
- Check and ensure the quality of work done by junior designers, trainees, and other team members.
- Provide daily work updates to the Head Designer and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle client calls and meetings, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
- Coordinate with other team members, including architects and engineers, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and revise architectural drawings, floor plans, and technical specifications as per client requirements.
- Participate in site visits and assist in the coordination of on-site activities.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in interior design or architecture, with hands-on experience in design development and client interaction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and other presentation software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle client calls and meetings professionally.
- Experience in mentoring or training junior team members and ensuring the quality of their work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.
