**Job Title**: Trainee Interior Designer / Architect

**Location**: Kanpur

**Job Type**: Stipend-based (6 months) with potential for full-time permanent role

We are a dynamic and fast-growing design firm specializing in innovative interior design and architecture solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for talented, motivated individuals to join us as Trainee Interior Designers / Architects for exciting, hands-on learning opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior designers and architects in developing design concepts, drawings, and presentations.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
- Support the design team in creating presentations using Photoshop and other relevant software.
- Collaborate in team brainstorming sessions and project development.
- Prepare and revise architectural drawings, floor plans, and technical specifications.
- Ensure design solutions meet client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Participate in site visits and assist in the coordination of on-site activities.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and other presentation software.
- Maximum of 1 year of experience in interior design or architecture (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and an eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Ready to join immediately** and contribute from day one.

**Stipend & Benefits**:

- This is a stipend-based position for 6 months, with the potential to transition to a permanent full-time role based on performance.
- Fixed **add-on bonus** upon completion of 6 months with the company.
