**Job Overview**

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive **GST Expert & Cyber Complaint Solver** to join our compliance and operations team. This dual-role position involves handling all aspects of **GST compliance** as well as managing and resolving **cyber-related complaints** involving digital transactions, money transfers, AEPS issues, and payout disputes.

**Key Responsibilities GST Compliance & Management**
- Manage **GST registration, returns filing** (GSTR-1, 3B, 9), and **reconciliation** for various financial services.
- Ensure proper **input tax credit (ITC)** claims and vendor compliance checks.
- Provide **advisory support** on GST implications of AEPS, DMT, utility services, and digital payouts.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Maintain updated records for GST audits, notices, and departmental queries.

**Cyber Complaint Handling**
- Receive, analyze, and respond to **user complaints** related to cyber fraud, failed transactions, or unauthorized access.
- Coordinate with banks, NPCI, payment gateways, and internal tech teams to investigate and resolve complaints.
- Draft and file **complaint reports with cyber cells or police departments**, when necessary.
- Ensure **timely escalations** and maintain follow-ups until the issue is closed.
- Maintain a **complaint register/log** and provide monthly reports to management on incident trends and resolutions.
- Educate customers and agents on **safe digital practices** and fraud prevention.

**Eligibility & Skills Required**
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or equivalent.
- **3+ years of experience** in GST handling and/or financial cybercrime resolution.
- Deep understanding of **GST rules in financial transactions**, AEPS, DMT, and digital service platforms.
- Familiarity with **digital payment regulations**, NPCI rules, and RBI compliance is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of basic **cyber law**, complaint filing processes, and customer grievance handling.
- Strong **communication, coordination**, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage sensitive customer data confidentially.

**Preferred Experience**
- Experience working with **Fintech, NBFCs, AEPS service providers, or payment gateway companies**.
- Exposure to **cyber law training** or certification in cybercrime investigation is a bonus.
