**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Part-Time Geography Teacher to join our team at Tutopia. The Geography Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative geography lessons to students, helping them develop a deeper understanding of geographic concepts, cultures, and regions around the world. **Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the individual learning needs of students.
- **Instruction**: Deliver engaging and interactive geography lessons that foster critical thinking, curiosity, and cultural awareness among students.
- **Subject Mastery**: Demonstrate a strong command of geography concepts, including physical geography, human geography, cartography, and geopolitical issues.
- **Differentiated Instruction**: Modify teaching strategies and instructional materials to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and interests.
- **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, with clear expectations for behavior and participation.
- **Communication**: Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to provide updates on student progress, address concerns, and collaborate on strategies for student success.
- **Professional Development**: Stay informed about current trends, resources, and best practices in geography education, and actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Geography.
- Previous teaching experience in geography at the middle school or high school level preferred.
- Must be able to teach in bengali.
- Strong knowledge of geography concepts, including physical geography, cultural geography, and geopolitical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively.
- Ability to create dynamic and interactive learning experiences that promote critical thinking and inquiry.
- Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and cultural understanding.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and resources for teaching geography is desirable.
- Commitment to upholding Tutopia’s mission and values of academic excellence, integrity, and student-centered learning.

**Salary: 500/- to 1000/- per class.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹500.00 - ₹1,000.00 per day
