**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in Geography that align with the curriculum standards and educational objectives.
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Utilize a variety of instructional methods, resources, and technologies to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, assignments, and examinations, and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, diversity, and inclusivity among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching practices and curriculum delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance to track progress and communicate with parents/guardians as needed.
- Stay updated on current trends, developments, and best practices in Geography education to enhance instructional strategies and content delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Geography or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Prior teaching experience, preferably at the secondary or higher secondary level.
- Strong knowledge of Geography concepts, theories, and principles, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the academic and personal development of students.
- Ability to adapt to the diverse learning needs and styles of students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources to support teaching and learning objectives.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: ₹500.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
