**Purpose**

You will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and planning by driving the product P&L in line with business goals. You will build a vision and long-term strategy for the gaming products, and translate the plans into effective and achievable tactics to ensure we remain competitive in the market. You will champion to influence strategy, roadmap, marketing, technology, and user experience to drive leadership positions in the market.

**Responsibilities**
- Primary focus of preparing the Gaming P&L and report on performance vs budgeted spending & targets
- Set the long-term strategy and goals, with the aim of maximizing the top line while optimizing the P&L
- Detailed understanding of micro-transaction-based business models, managing product-level P&Ls, and exceeding revenue target goal
- Growing the business based on a combination of market trends, analytical insights from data, and operational capabilities
- Continuously explore opportunities for improvement by working with cross-functional leaders and driving projects/initiatives for efficiencies for the business
- Owns the business performance metrics and champions the next steps to take
- Contribute to the strategy, and business model and take ownership of the business
- Lead a cross-disciplinary team to deliver features to the highest quality standards, in alignment with performance goals and leveraging the best-suited toolset
- Ability to take a holistic view of product development, marketing, technology, user experience & data science to meet business goals

**What You Will Need**
- Min 12+ yrs Experience.
- Exposure to working in start-up environment is added advantage
- Certification as a Chartered Accountant is Must
- Ability to anchor/steer central calibrations around strategy, decision making, and prioritization
- Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders
