Job Title: Travel Query Specialist - Treks in Garhwal Himalayas and Climbing in Rishikesh

Location: Rishikesh, India

**Responsibilities**:

- Help customers understand the different trekking, expedition in Himalayas and climbing options available in Rishikesh.
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and travel requirements.
- Help customers plan their itinerary and arrange their travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and equipment rental.
- Keep track of customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Participate in training and meetings to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in travel sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for adventure travel and basic knowledge of Himalayas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
