**Strict requirements**:
Must be able to dedicate a minimum of 1-2 hours each day, or atleast 6-8 hours a week

Must be available for at least 3 months (if you can stretch post that, great)

**What we expect**:
Students getting their doubts solved on time is the priority.

Efficient **time management **is encouraged.

**Screen-sharing sessions to help out if needed.**

Handling **interview preparation** with students

Doing code reviews of the assignments & suggesting improvements to the students.

**Compensation**:
500 Rs per hour (300 fixed + 200 performance based) (5 codes to be reviewed each hour), will be calculated and disbursed monthly. You can earn a minimum of 15k each month for working 2 hours for 25 days a month.
