**Responsibilities**
- Excellent comprehension skills to read the source content (textbook chapter) and be able to compress it into a gist keeping the learning objectives in mind.
- Excellent writing skills to write the script for the video.
- Excellent visualization skills to then create a storyboard that fits all the client’s requirements within the given timelines.
- With multi-tasking abilities at one point, the ID will be required to script, storyboard, and implement fixes swiftly within the deadlines
- Develop learning objectives and assessments, structure the course appropriately, and bring about creativity in e-learning
- Ability to conceptualize and put into practice effective training strategies
- Maintain a good working relationship with SMEs, graphic designers, reviewers, and other stakeholders to create effective instructor-led and Web-based instructional content
- Review all e-Learning deliverables for content flow, accuracy, language, standards, etc.
- Develop, design, and other documents related to course creation

- A certified Instructional Designer
- Professional, confident, and enthusiastic team player with a flexible can-do attitude.
- Have an eye for detail & reviewing skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent work ethic and the ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment. Flexible and adaptable to fluctuating workflow levels.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and growing business environment.
- Exceptional at problem-solving
- Basic knowledge of rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Studio, Adobe Captivate, etc.
- Customer service focused

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in understanding of end-to-end F&A process
- Ability to influence people internal/external customers, Operations, and Finance partners
- Ambitious individual who can work in their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
