Career Counsellor

Develop and implement a comprehensive, school-wide career counseling strategy aligned with the institution's educational goals.
- Collaborate with the school leadership team to integrate career counseling initiatives into the overall educational framework.
- Design and implement age-appropriate career development programs for students from elementary to high school.
- Establish partnerships with colleges, universities, vocational institutions, and industry professionals to enhance program offerings.
- Incorporate technological tools and resources to provide up-to-date information on careers, industries, and educational opportunities.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to assist students in understanding their skills, interests, and values.
- Provide guidance on academic planning, course selection, and extracurricular activities to align with career goals.
- Organize workshops and information sessions for parents to keep them informed about the school's career counseling initiatives.

- Maintain an updated resource center with information on careers, college admissions, universities, scholarships, and vocational training.
- Manage and update an online platform for students and parents to access career-related resources.
- Implement assessments and tools to identify students' aptitudes, interests, and personality traits.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the career counseling program and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay updated with trends in education, careers, and workforce development to continually enhance counseling practices.
- Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay informed about the latest developments in career counseling.
