**Your Impact as **Finance Partner - NVB Campus**
**I.PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
**II. ROLE DESCRIPTION***:
**Monthly Closing & Reporting**:
- Drive monthly activities, perform necessary analysis, checks and provide insights on Campus Costs.
- Ensures the timely execution of reports with data integrity in collaboration with Campus Management team and understand the build-up of the figures and be ready to concisely reply on questions; drive corrective actions when needed.
- Timely reporting of accurate campus result, including comment letter. All follow up reports are updated in time and in good quality and reported to campus management.
- Support the Campus Management by providing financial metrics reports on critical topics & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze all variances related to campus cost centers and reports to campus management.
- Support team in transforming reporting requirements on new reporting platform and further train wherever possible.
- Ad hoc financial analysis.
- Preparation of Management reports, checking of upload in consolidation tool.
- Purchase Price Variance (PPV) analysis & provisioning.
- Material Price update in System.
- Calculating & updating tariffs.
- Execution of assessment cycles for cost recharge.
- Transfer Price - calculation, review, update.
- Reports - Sales reports, Inventory reports., etc.
**Budgeting & Forecasting**:
- Drive annual planning cycles (X+1) for Campus (cost centers), Trading businesses of Steel Wire Solution Business Unit (SWS BU).
- Prepare annual budget for the different campus cost centers and calculate the new rates for utilities, waste, maintenance hours.
- Maintains the master data and allocation rules to reflect correct campus costs in the budget of the plant.
- Presents the annual campus budget to campus management.
**Campus Cost Analysis & Allocation**:
- Coordinates and monitors the timely cost bookings.
- Collect, analyze, and report on ad hoc questions about costs, and allocations.
- Monitors the different allocation keys to make sure all campus related costs are allocated to the plant by using the correct driver.
- Safeguard the accuracy of the costs booked on the campus cost centers and set up accruals if needed.
- Check and define in cooperation with Procurement team on a monthly basis, the new prices for utilities. Adjust the master data accordingly so correct utility costs are allocated to the production plants.
- Make sure the actual rates for utilities and waste are reflected in the allocations towards the production plants.
- Partnering with local plant management to answer to ad hoc questions.
**Internal Control & Compliance**:
- Monitor the financial procedures to ensure that systems and internal controls within the plant meet the needs of management and ensure that financial activities comply with applicable group rules.
- Supporting in various internal / external audits.
**ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**
**Educational Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification as CMA, Post Graduate Programmed in Management (PGPM)
**Technical Skills**
- Knowledge and understanding of operations of accounting & financial function is essential. Preferably prior financial analysis & reporting experience across a complex manufacturing set-up of significant scale, in a global international environment.
- Software knowledge - Expert in MS Office (Excel, PowerPivot, Power BI, Power point).
- SAP FI & CO module experience.
- Knowledge of systems (preferred) - Consolidation tools - Business Finance Consolidation (BFC), Group Reporting, Planning tools - SAP Analytical Cloud (SAC) and Central Finance (CFIN).
