Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development: Develop and maintain our visual identity across all channels, ensuring design consistency, strong brand presence, and a cohesive experience for users.

Web & App Design: Collaborate with the product and development teams to design web and mobile layouts, interactive elements, and user flows that engage and delight users.

Prototyping & Wireframing: Create prototypes and wireframes to visualize design concepts and communicate ideas with the team. Test and iterate on designs based on feedback.

A/B Testing: Design variations for A/B testing on key user flows and marketing materials to optimize for engagement and conversion.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and engineering) to ensure design consistency and alignment with product goals.

User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user pain points and gather feedback to improve designs.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design, preferably in the tech, travel, or AI industry.

Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools like InVision.

UI/UX Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.

Creative: Strong ability to create visually compelling designs that resonate with a tech-savvy and travel-oriented audience.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for typography, color theory, layout, and design consistency.

Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment with marketing, development, and product teams.

Problem Solving: Creative problem-solving skills to design user-centric solutions and optimize the user journey.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
