**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a talented and passionate **Graphic Designer** to join our dynamic team and help us bring our brand story to life through compelling visuals. As a Graphic Designer at Chayam Tea, you will be responsible for creating captivating and visually appealing designs that enhance our brand identity and engage our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **AI-Driven Design**: Utilize AI tools and technologies to streamline design processes, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize design outcomes.
- **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator**: Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for **photo editing**, image manipulation, and vector-based graphic design. Produce professional-grade designs with attention to detail and creativity.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and enhance video content for promotional videos, tutorial videos, and other multimedia projects. Use video editing software to add effects, transitions, text overlays, and music to create engaging videos.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives and deadlines. Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proven **graphic design experience**with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Familiarity with other design software and technologies (Sketch, Figma, CorelDRAW, Canva).
- Understanding of **UX/UI principles.**:

- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
