Skin Therapist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Skin Assessments & Consultations**: Perform thorough skin evaluations to assess clients’ needs and determine appropriate treatments based on their skin type, concerns, and goals.
- **Facial Treatments**: Administer various facial services (e.g., deep cleansing facials, anti-aging treatments, hydration facials, etc.).
- **Exfoliation & Peels**: Offer chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other exfoliating treatments.
- **Advanced Skincare Procedures**: Conduct more specialized treatments such as LED therapy, dermaplaning, microneedling, or light chemical peels.
- **Custom Skincare Recommendations**: Provide personalized skincare routines and advise clients on suitable home care products.
- **Client Education**: Educate clients on skincare techniques, product usage, and lifestyle factors affecting skin health (e.g., diet, sun protection).
- **Maintain Treatment Records**: Keep detailed client records, documenting their treatment history, skin conditions, and progress.
- **Sanitation and Safety**: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment by adhering to strict hygiene protocols and safety standards.
- **Product Knowledge and Sales**: Stay updated on the latest skincare products and technologies. Recommend products to clients based on their skin concerns, and assist with retail sales where applicable.
- **Follow-Up Care**: Monitor client progress and provide follow-up consultations to ensure effective results.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Certification or diploma from an accredited esthetics program.
- **Licensing**: Valid esthetician or skincare specialist license (varies by region/country).
- **Experience**: Experience in a spa, clinic, or dermatology setting is often preferred.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of various skin types, conditions, and treatments (facials, peels, laser treatments, etc.).
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precise in administering treatments and following protocols.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication to explain treatment plans and answer client questions.
- **Manual Dexterity**: Ability to perform hands-on treatments efficiently and safely.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
