Skin Therapist

**Key ResponsibilitiesClient Consultations**
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess skin type, concerns, and goals.
- Provide personalized recommendations for skincare routines, treatments, and products.
- Educate clients about skincare techniques and the benefits of various treatments.

**Skincare Treatments**
- Administer a range of skincare treatments, such as facials, peels, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, and other advanced skin procedures.
- Perform therapeutic techniques, including facial massages, exfoliation, and hydration treatments.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment safely and effectively.

**Product Knowledge and Sales**
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and technologies.
- Recommend appropriate retail products to support clients' ongoing skincare regimens.
- Meet sales targets by promoting skincare products and upselling treatments.

**Sanitation and Safety**
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized workspace in compliance with industry standards.
- Adhere to local health and safety regulations.

**Customer Experience**
- Provide a relaxing, professional, and friendly environment for clients.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns professionally.
- Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.

**Skills and QualificationsRequired Skills**
- In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, skin types, and conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and customer service abilities.
- Attention to detail and precision in performing treatments.

**Education and Certification**
- Diploma or certification in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Valid license to practice skincare therapy (if required by local regulations).
- Advanced training in specific skincare modalities is a plus (e.g., chemical peels, laser treatments).

**Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Skin Therapist or in a similar role.
- Experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness center setting is preferred.

**Work Environment**
- Fast-paced spa or clinical setting.
- Requires standing for extended periods.
- May involve evening and weekend shifts based on client demand.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
