**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-up on inbound leads.
- **Sales Promotion**: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers, persuading them to make a purchase.
- **Customer Engagement**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and understanding their needs.
- **Data Management**: Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- **Market Research**: Gather and report on market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to previous contacts, resolve any issues, and nurture customer relationships.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align on strategies and improve overall sales performance.
