Job Description:
We are a fast-growing startup IT company seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Entry Specialist to support our data management efforts. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry, data maintenance, and supporting various departments within our organisation.

**Responsibilities**:
Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our company's databases and systems from various sources, including paper documents, electronic files, and online forms.

Quality Assurance: Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency to maintain high-quality data records.

Data Cleaning and Formatting: Perform data cleaning and standardization tasks, such as correcting errors, removing redundancies, and ensuring data follows the prescribed format.

Database Management: Regularly update and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and resolving any discrepancies or inconsistencies.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed documentation of data entry activities and ensure proper data archiving and backup procedures.

Data Validation: Collaborate with team members to verify and validate data obtained from different sources, ensuring its accuracy and reliability.

Data Security: Adhere to strict data security protocols and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Communication: Work closely with various departments to understand data entry requirements, address inquiries, and provide support as needed.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes, enhance efficiency, and minimize errors.

Time Management: Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage data entry requests promptly.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in data entry or related IT fields is a plus.

Typing Skills: Excellent typing speed and accuracy are crucial for efficient data entry.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in data entry to ensure data integrity.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify data-related issues and propose effective solutions.

Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic startup environment and take on new challenges as they arise.

Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.

Passion for Data: Enthusiasm for working with data and a desire to contribute to the success of the company's data management initiatives.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
