We are looking for dynamic individuals with exceptional communication skills and proficiency in English and Malayalam to join our client's Inbound Customer Service team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer queries and requests pertaining to our services.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by comprehending and fulfilling customer requirements.
- Operate during rotational day shifts (8 am to 9 pm), accumulating a total of 9 hours each day.
- Adhere to a 6-day working schedule with rotating weekly offs.

**Additional Perks**:

- Alternatively, a joining bonus of 5000 INR will be incorporated into the first month's salary.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Graduates from any field are encouraged to apply.
- Age criteria: 18 - 29 years.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year
