**Job Title**: Customer Service Agent

**Location**: Velachery, Chennai

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for your valued customers, providing them with support, assistance, and guidance to ensure a seamless experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and building rapport.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance service quality.

**Requirements**:

- 12th Pass/ Any Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills in English and [Hindi/Malayalam/Kannada].
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- For Hindi and Malayalam speakers: Take-home salary of ₹13,600 per month.
- For Kannada speakers: Take-home salary of ₹14,500 per month.
- Accommodation will be provided by the company for the first two weeks.
- No sales targets in this role.
- Additional benefits such as health insurance, performance bonuses, and career development opportunities will be provided.
