**Roles & Responsibilities of Student Counselor**:

- Support Academy growth and development as necessary.
- Calling students and give basic details and make them to come for counselling
- Following the students for admission process and push them for admissions
- Coordinate interactions/relationships between staff, students and parents.
- Schedule and organize program-related meetings and events in different Colleges.
- Responsible for organizing and conducting all counselling related Programming work in the Academy.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Counselling: 2 years (preferred)
