Key responsibilities:

- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce websites/portals such as AJIO, Myntra, TataCLIQ, Flipkart, Amazon etc.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Optimise keywords, title and description of the products.
- Work closely with different team like, marketing, sales to provide updated content that will be shared across e-commerce platforms.
- Provide support to marketing agency.
- Identify best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Responsible for process order and advertising on sites like Flipkart, AJIO, Myntra, TataCliq, Amazon, etc.. as well as own website store.
- Managing stock availability of all products.
- Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
- Managing & executing promotional campaigns and offers.
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain day to day reporting.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
- AJIO, Myntra, TataCliq, Flipkart, Amazon listing experience is preferred.
- Excellent excel speed required.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Knowledgeable of the e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, competitive research, industry trends and usability best practices.

**Experience**:

- E-commerce experience preferred more than 1 year from reputed ecommerce company.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
