**ACADEMIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and implement the day to day academic duties as assigned by the school
- Strongly support the Coordinator to effectively implement high quality standards of the Curriculum
- Effectively coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth functioning of classroom Teaching & Learning
- Communicate with parents to ascertain academic / non
- academic performance of students
- Read and understand the DRM, ensure clarifications of doubts prior to implementation.
- Be vigilant regarding the need and growth, of each child and update the Coordinator regarding the same.
- Develop curricula components that contain accurate and up to date content knowledge and exhibit sequential learning experiences, making strong links between intended learning outcomes and assessment.
- Demonstrating creativity when planning integrated units of work across learning areas as appropriate.
- Design teaching aids and resources wherever appropriate.
- Display a high level of initiative and independence in tasks related to curriculum development and team development
- Design lesson plans and assessments that reflect a deep understanding of the content, an appreciation for the level of instruction that is appropriate for students, and an awareness of available resources.
- Submit teaching plans and documentation within required timeframes and guidelines.
- Implementation of special needs guidelines sent by school.
- Maintain order in the School, and expected to display the highest standards of respectful and responsible behaviour. Uphold high standards when they help students work to their full potential and develop their self - worth.

**ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Adhere to the code of conduct as specified by school.
- Ensure & smooth arrivals & dispersals of children
- Participate in centre specific promotional events whenever required.
- Ensure all company values are understood and practiced.
- Attend workshops and meeting conducted by the H.O. / Principal/ Coordinator.
- Ensure all company Values are understood, accepted and practiced.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the H.O. / Principal/ Coordinator.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of information at school.

**PROFESSIONAL LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT**:

- Commit to ongoing professional learning and continually strive to improve teaching and learning strategies.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by participating in various professional development activities
- Actively support the establishment of a culture of continuous learning and improvement by supporting change and actively promoting professional learning of colleagues
- Maintain awareness of current trends and changes by constantly undertaking research
- Participate in curriculum initiatives for school as required

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
