**Description**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin cum Executive Assistant to join our dynamic Real Estate team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing our operational efficiency by providing comprehensive administrative support to our executives and ensuring the seamless execution of daily office tasks. This position offers an opportunity to engage with various aspects of the business and develop professionally within a supportive environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives in the Real Estate sector.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders effectively.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases pertaining to the executive's operations.
- Track and ensure timely follow-up on action items and deadlines.
- Support project management activities by coordinating team meetings and tracking project progress.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant in the Real Estate industry or similar environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate professionally with stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
