**Why**:
Everyone worries about the dooms-day in climate change which is expected to occur in the 2050s. However, there's one doom's day which is the reality for millions of people around the world today. Air pollution takes more than 7 Million lives globally every single year. Over 5% of premature children death occur due to air pollution in developing countries. Everyone has relied on governments or experts to solve the problem, but most solutions up until today have either been too expensive or too ineffective. Praan is an attempt at making the future cleaner, healthier, and safer for the generations to come.

The Generalist role in the Founder's Office plays a critical role in ensuring the founder's time and energy are strategically focused on advancing the company's mission. This multifaceted position requires a proactive and dynamic individual who can navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving startup environment. You will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring smooth communication, effective coordination, and overall efficiency within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategic programs in alignment with the company's goals and the founder's vision.
- Collaborate with the founder to design and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, budgets, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively propose solutions to keep initiatives on track.
- Provide regular progress reports and insights to the founder, identifying areas for improvement
- Assist in the development and execution of organizational strategies, policies, and initiatives.
- Oversee special projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources for projects.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and relevant technologies to keep the founder informed and prepared for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication, track progress, and resolve project-related issues.
- Anticipate and address operational needs, streamlining processes, and implementing improvements for overall efficiency.
- Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for key internal and external meetings, including board meetings, investor presentations, and team gatherings.
- Capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up on outstanding tasks to ensure accountability.
- Be prepared to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities, adapting to the dynamic needs of a startup environment.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; preferably electronics/electrical/mechanical engineering.
- Proven experience in a similar multifaceted role
- Proficient in data analysis, translating information into actionable insights for informed decision-making by the founder.
- Adaptable to a dynamic environment, adept at prioritizing tasks to meet evolving needs and support company growth.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly both internally and externally.
