**About the role**: The Junior Marketing Associate will support various initiatives within the marketing department aimed at driving Paytm’s growth. This includes event management, customer acquisition, and social media engagement, as well as contributing to the development and success of the other programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of marketing events and promotions.

Customer Acquisition: Support campaigns and projects aimed at increasing customer base.

Social Media Support: Help manage and grow Paytm’s presence on various social media platforms, including content creation and analysis of engagement metrics.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing objectives align with company goals.

**Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Highly motivated and committed to the growth of the business.

Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the marketing team.
