Job Title: Receptionist
Location: The Mills, Near Pune Station
Experience: 2-3 years in Real Estate Receptionist role preferred
Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Immediate Joiners Preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring meeting rooms are prepared.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients, visitors, and staff at all levels.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
