**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Admissions Process Management**:

- Provide detailed information about school programs, facilities, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.
- **School Representation**:

- Represent the school at educational fairs, open houses, and other events.
- Conduct campus tours, highlighting the school's strengths and unique offerings.
- **Communication and Outreach**:

- Develop and distribute promotional materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, community partners, and feeder schools.
- **Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the academic and administrative teams to align admissions strategies with school objectives.
- Ensure a seamless transition for new families during the onboarding process.
- **Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze admissions data to identify trends and improve outreach efforts.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions activities and enrollment status.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with admissions management software is a plus.
