**Position**: Student Counsellor - Admissions Department**

**Location**: Narsingi, Hyderabad**

**About the Role**:
## **Responsibilities**:

- Help parents and students understand the Cambridge syllabus and our school programs.
- Assess students' academic needs and recommend grade placements.
- Support students transitioning to the Cambridge syllabus from other curriculums.
- Organize school tours and answer questions about academics and facilities.
- Maintain records of counselling sessions and admissions details.
- Represent the school at educational events like fairs and open houses.

## **Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education, Psychology, or similar preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in counselling or admissions, preferably in an international school.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the Cambridge syllabus is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office, admissions software).
