Role & responsibilities We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. As part of our expanding team, we are currently seeking dedicated Counselors to join us in reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products/services.Position Summary: As a Counselor, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective Students with the aim of generating leads, qualifying prospects, and promoting Royal Global University Courses. Your primary goal will be to engage with individuals over the phone, effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services, and persuade them to take the desired action, such as scheduling appointments or making purchases. It includes filed visits and scheduling campaigns. Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective Students from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce our products/services to potential customers and explain their features and benefits.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, interests, and buying motivations.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize follow-up accordingly.
- Provide accurate information about pricing, promotions, and product/service details.
- Overcome objections and address concerns raised by prospects to encourage interest and trust.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and facilitate the sales process.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.
- Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Adhere to scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards while communicating with prospects.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions to enhance performance.
- Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Persuasive and confident speaking voice with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong listening and questioning skills to uncover customer needs effectively.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Previous experience in the Education sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
