**Job Title**: QA Engineer (Automation & Process Setup)

**Location**: Bhopal
**Experience**: Minimum 5 Years

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain **automated test frameworks** with a focus on regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality and security compliance.
- Drive **test automation strategy** and continuously improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing aligned with **FinTech/payment standards**.
- Ensure CI/CD pipeline integration for automated tests.
- Provide clear and proactive communication on testing progress, issues, and risks.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- **5+ years of QA experience** with strong expertise in **automation and process setup**.
- Proven ability to set up QA automation **independently without external guidance**.
- Strong proficiency in **Python** for test automation.
- Hands-on experience with **GitHub, AWS, Postgres, ReactJS, and Django**.
- Strong understanding of **QA methodologies, tools, and processes**.
- Knowledge of **FinTech, payment systems, and security compliance** (PCI DSS, ISO, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and **communication skills**.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience in **FinTech or payment gateways**.
- Exposure to **performance testing tools** (e.g., JMeter, Locust).
- Knowledge of **CI/CD practices** using GitHub Actions or similar tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
