We are hiring for International BPO Customer Service.

Location - MUMBAI Specifically

Some of the main Location in Mumbai is:

- MALAD
CHANDIVALI
POWAI
THANE
AIROLI

Openings for shifts such as US, UK and AUS

Timings are as follows:

- US - 05:30pm to 10:30am any 9 hours.

UK - 11:30am to 03:00am any 9 hours.

AUS - 03:00pm to 03:00am any 9 hours.

Minimum Qualification:

- HSC and Graduates

HSC Freshers and Experience of above 6 months in the Customer Service field can apply.

Graduate Freshers and Experience of above 6 months in the Customer Service field can apply.

Voice process experience preferred

**Salary**:

- Fresher: 14k to 16k In-hand + Incentives

Experienced: 30k to 35k In-hand + Incentives

Work Schedule:

- 5 days working

2 rotational week-offs

Handle Customer inquiries and issues via phone.
Provide information about products/services and resolve customer complaints
Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records.
