**Job Title**:Digital Marketing Executive/Specialist

**Location**: Whitefield, Bangalore

**Purpose**: To generate leads for real estate projects by advertising them on different social media platforms for better reach and response

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Creating marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Analysing marketing data and metrics to refine marketing strategies
- develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to target specific audiences using a variety of channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other online advertising platforms
- Managing the marketing budget
- Coordinating marketing efforts with management and sales team
- Maintain and publish weekly and monthly performance reports
- Ensure proper integration of leads with the CRM from several sources

**Skills Required**:

- Adaptable and eager to learn
- Lead generation
- Google Analytics, AdWords
- Pay per click
- Google ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads
- SEO, Social Media Optimization

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
