**Job Description: Virtual Customer Support Executive**
**Position**: Virtual Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Banshankari 3rd stage,(Hybrid Mode)
**Employment Type**: Full-time/Part-time
**Key Responsibilities Customer Support**
- **Issue Resolution**: Address client concerns, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Service Coordination**: Liaise with personal assistants and other team members to deliver seamless services.
- **Follow-ups**: Ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding service updates, feedback, and issue resolution.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions and service requests.
**Service Promotion**
- **Upselling**: Identify opportunities to promote additional services and packages.
- **Retention**: Build relationships to enhance client loyalty and retention.
**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate schedules and resolve client concerns efficiently.
- Provide feedback from clients to the team for continuous service improvement.
**Technical Proficiency**
- Use CRM and task management tools to track client requests and service delivery.
- Stay updated with the latest tools and platforms used for communication and documentation.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Any degree.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, Tech support, virtual assistance, Tele Calling or a related field.
- **Languages**: Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to resolve client issues effectively and promptly.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- **Time Management**: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote setup.
