**Position Overview**

We are looking for a **highly experienced, ambitious, and dynamic Female Professional** to join our team as a **Senior Sales Manager - Luxury Villas & Real Estate** in **Gurugram**.
This is a performance-driven role, ideal for a professional with strong client connections and proven ability in **closing high-ticket property deals**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead sales of **independent villas and luxury properties** (₹5 Cr - ₹30 Cr).
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with **HNI/UHNI clients, NRI investors, and corporate buyers**.
- Actively promote and represent projects in **Gurugram as well as hill destinations (Kasauli, Shimla, Chail, Morni Hills)**.
- Achieve aggressive sales targets with high closing ratios.
- Deliver a premium client experience from **first interaction to final registry**.
- **6+ years of experience** in luxury real estate sales.
- Existing **client base and network** in Gurugram / NCR real estate market.
- Proven track record in handling **₹5 Cr - ₹30 Cr** property sales.
- Strong communication, networking, and deal-closing skills.
- Go-getter attitude, performance and results are **paramount**.
