**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quotation Preparation**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on client requests, pricing guidelines, and product/service specifications.
- Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to gather necessary information for quotation preparation.
- Ensure all quotations are submitted to clients within the required timeframes.
- Follow up on quotations to ensure client satisfaction and potential conversions.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general office administrative support, including managing office supplies, maintaining filing systems, and handling correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate with clients and suppliers regarding quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, and general inquiries.
- Maintain strong customer relations and provide excellent customer service.
- **Record Keeping & Data Entry**:

- Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, and customer communications in the system.
- Update databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems with relevant quotation and customer information.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Assist in coordinating the efforts between the sales, marketing, and procurement teams to ensure smooth processing of quotations and orders.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the management team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
