Job Title: Business Development Executive (Weight Scale Machines)

Timing: 9:30 am to 7 pm

Experience: 2+ yr working with weight scale machines or similar industrial equipment.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target new business opportunities within the weight scale machines industry.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated with technological advancements and industry innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the weight scale machines industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with weight scale machines or similar industrial equipment.
- Established network of contacts within the industry.
- Advanced degree or certifications related to sales or business development.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
