Role Description:

- Take opening measurements and share with design team.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of window installation on-site.
- Ensure installations are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
- Assess site conditions for window installation
- Analyse unloading and shifting possibilities at site
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards and local building codes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide project updates.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available and maintained.
- Monitor job site cleanliness and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings/toolbox talks.
- Track progress and prepare daily site reports.
- Manage deliveries and verify accuracy of received materials.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a site supervisor or crew leader in window/door installation or related construction field.
- Basic knowledge of installation methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
