- Deep understanding of all RCM processes.
- Ability to interact with US Clients.
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasing and professional demeanor.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned client account management matters. Develop SOPs and conduct training as required.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure client retention by providing efficient timely, accurate services and fast resolutions for any escalations.
- Reviewing and auditing each assigned account on a weekly basis. Be proactive in communicating with clients.
- Publishing regular analytics reports on client accounts and holding regular bi-weekly/monthly meetings with clients.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (RCM Ops, Finance) to improve the entire client experience.
- Clearly communicate the progress of assigned client accounts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Willing to work hands-on medical billing tasks such as charge entry, payment posting, AR, patient calls etc. as per business requirements.
- Require regular bi-weekly/monthly reporting of relevant metrics for management and client review.
- Willing to work on various RCM tasks hands on as required per business requirements.
- Must have at least 7+ yrs. experience in RCM client account management for physician billing.
- Must have knowledge of medical billing software.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
